The Banpresto Give Me Energy Spirit Bomb Special is the clearest choice for shoppers seeking a Super Saiyan Goku figure tied directly to the Spirit Bomb. For a dramatic Spirit Bomb display, consider the Tamashii Nations FiguartsZero version, which includes a display stand. The other picks offer different priorities: an articulated figure for posing, a Final Blast design, or a compact Clearise display piece.

Banpresto Give Me Energy Spirit Bomb Goku
Best for: Collectors specifically searching for a Super Saiyan Goku figure connected to the Spirit Bomb. This Banpresto collectible is identified as part of the Dragon Ball Super “Give Me Energy – Spirit Bomb Special” campaign, making it the most directly relevant match in this selection.
The figure measures 7.9 inches, giving it a substantial presence compared with the 6.5-inch Dragon Stars and approximately 6.7-inch Clearise figures listed here. The product information also notes that assortment numbers were decided through user voting. It is marked for ages 15 and up.
Why it was selected: Its Spirit Bomb campaign name and larger stated size make it a strong fit for fans who want a themed collectible rather than a general Goku figure. Limitation: The listing describes a collectible figure but does not specify articulation or an included display stand.
Tamashii Nations FiguartsZero Spirit Bomb Goku
Best for: Fans building a dedicated Spirit Bomb display. This FiguartsZero Son Goku figure is explicitly named the Spirit Bomb Version and includes a display stand. Its highly detailed sculpt is a useful feature for shoppers who prioritize a presentation piece.
The product is described as a Tamashii Web Exclusive. That designation may matter to collectors looking for a specific release, but the supplied product details do not give a figure height or articulation count. Compare those details with your display space and collecting preferences before choosing it.
Why it was selected: It combines a Spirit Bomb-specific identity, a sculpted presentation, and a stand, making it a natural alternative to the Banpresto campaign figure. Limitation: The listing does not state its dimensions or whether it has movable joints, so it is harder to compare for size and posing from the available information.
Dragon Stars Series 1 Super Saiyan Goku
Best for: Buyers who want to pose Goku in different positions. The Dragon Stars figure stands 6.5 inches tall and has 16 or more points of articulation. It also includes additional hands, and the product information says the figures can be posed in over 9,000 positions.
Series 1 includes several characters, including Super Saiyan Goku, Vegeta, Beerus, Super Saiyan Vegeta, Frieza, and Goku. That makes this option better for collectors who want a poseable figure or plan to build a broader character lineup than for shoppers seeking a Spirit Bomb-specific sculpt.
Why it was selected: Its stated articulation and extra hands offer a clear advantage for display changes and recreating scenes. Limitation: The listing identifies it as a Super Saiyan Goku figure, not as a Spirit Bomb version.
Dragon Ball Super Final Blast Super Saiyan Goku
Best for: Fans who want a detailed Goku collectible with anime-inspired packaging. The product describes this as a high-quality, detailed, and authentic figure inspired by the Dragon Ball Super television series. Its packaging features Japanese-influenced graphics.
The Final Blast name gives this figure a distinct identity within the selection, while the listing emphasizes recreating memorable battles and scenes. It may suit collectors who value the presentation and series design as much as a specific Spirit Bomb pose.
Why it was selected: It offers another Super Saiyan Goku display option for buyers comparing anime-inspired character figures. Limitation: The provided details do not specify its height, articulation, or a Spirit Bomb feature, so shoppers seeking those attributes should compare the other picks.
Banpresto Clearise Super Saiyan Son Goku
Best for: Collectors looking for a smaller Banpresto Goku display figure. The Clearise release stands approximately 6.7 inches tall and depicts Super Saiyan Son Goku in a popular pose, according to the product description.
Its stated height is close to the Dragon Stars figure, but the available information does not list articulation or included accessories. Choose this if a straightforward Super Saiyan Goku pose and a compact display size matter more than a Spirit Bomb-specific theme.
Why it was selected: It gives shoppers another clearly sized Banpresto option and provides a useful comparison with the larger 7.9-inch Spirit Bomb Special. Limitation: The product details do not identify this as a Spirit Bomb figure.
Buying Guide: How To Choose A Goku Spirit Bomb Figure
Do you want a Spirit Bomb-specific collectible?
Start with the Banpresto Give Me Energy Spirit Bomb Special or the Tamashii Nations FiguartsZero Spirit Bomb Version. Both are explicitly connected to the Spirit Bomb in their product names or campaign descriptions. The Banpresto listing gives a 7.9-inch height; the FiguartsZero listing specifies a display stand and detailed sculpt.
Will you change the figure’s pose?
Choose the Dragon Stars Series 1 figure if articulation is a priority. Its listing specifies 16 or more articulation points and additional hands. The other product descriptions do not provide comparable joint counts, so do not assume that they offer the same range of movement.
How much display space do you have?
Compare the stated heights before selecting a shelf spot. The Banpresto Spirit Bomb Special is 7.9 inches, Dragon Stars is 6.5 inches, and Clearise is approximately 6.7 inches. The supplied details do not state heights for the FiguartsZero or Final Blast figures.
What should you check before ordering?
Confirm which version you want, whether a stand or extra hands are listed, and whether the product details state a size or articulation. Spirit Bomb-specific naming is the strongest clue for theme; poseability and dimensions are separate considerations. The products are sold as individual collectibles, and the Banpresto Spirit Bomb Special information notes that items in its assortment are sold separately.
