Buying Guide
What size fits my space?
For a dramatic focal point, aim for pieces 11 inches or taller. If you have a long mantle or wide display shelf, a 14+ inch figure can create a striking centerpiece. For smaller shelves, consider 7–10 inch figurines to complement without crowding.
Which style best matches my décor?
Choose World‑Around themes for a cosmopolitan display or Royal Holiday for a regal, traditional look. Classic American motifs pair well with quilting and rosemaling influences. Consider color schemes: rich purples and deep reds read as formal, while multicolor folk-art palettes blend with festive decors.
What material and craftsmanship matter?
All listed pieces use high‑quality stone resin and hand painting. This ensures durability and detailed textures typical of Jim Shore designs. If you want long-term display value, prioritize Collector Edition or larger pieces that emphasize intricate hand-painted details.
Are there any display considerations I should plan for?
Large figurines may require secure shelving and proper placement away from edges. Consider lighting to highlight raised textures and quilt patterns. For heavy pieces, ensure your display surface can support the weight and use non-slip mats if needed.
How many large Santa pieces should I own?
A mix of one oversized centerpiece plus two to three supplementary large or medium Santas allows variety without overcrowding. This approach helps you rotate displays with holiday themes and regional motifs throughout the season.
Care and maintenance basics
Dust regularly with a soft brush or microfiber cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners that could damage paint. Store in a cool, dry place when not on display to maintain finish and prevent cracking over time.
